Greg Sands, Owner & CEO
Greg Sands is one of the most successful auto repair operators in the United States. He successfully operates 6 different concepts in four states. With close to 20 years of automotive industry experience, Greg began his career in the restaurant industry and was recruited into automotive service due to his outstanding achievements in management and customer service. He entered the auto repair business as a manager for a three store auto repair chain in Houston, TX.
In his early 30’s, Greg rose to become president and minority owner of the chain. He helped grow the company from 3 to 38 locations with over $45 million in sales, across four major metropolitan areas.
In 2001,Greg and Sherri decided to leave Houston to expand the Atlanta market of the business which included 6 existing locations. They moved to Atlanta and quickly grew their business from 6 to 29 automotive shops including 2 foreign automotive shops located in Georgia, Texas, Colorado and Tennessee.
Sherri Sands, Owner & CFO
Sherri brings her finance and accounting background to the company. She began her career in accounting at Chevron Chemical, quickly moving up the ranks and eventually into Customer Service and Logistics supervisory positions. Sherri began working with Greg in 2001 and has successfully put a strong corporate structure in place for their companies. Sherri is involved in the real estate side of the business as well.
Another business venture for Greg and Sherri has been Mudlick Mail. Meeting an advertising need for his own 24 automotive locations, Greg created Mudlick Mail Company, a national direct mail provider. Mudlick Mail specializes in turnkey programs that make advertising simple and efficient for hundreds of independent shop owners all over the country.
Tim Ross, President

Tim Ross is the operational leader for Mudlick Mail. Tim has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the automotive service industry. He has spent the last six years developing custom marketing programs with independent auto service shops that help drive car count and ticket average.
Tim’s experience in the automotive industry comes from his service as General Manager at America’s Service Station, handling complete store responsibilities from the front counter to the back-end of the business. Tim’s in-depth automotive marketing insight and his successful background in the automotive industry makes him a valuable resource for our clients. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton.
Jeff Snyder, National Account Manager

After graduating high school, Jeff enrolled at the University of Georgia where he studied Real Estate. While attending UGA, he got a job at Friedman’s Jewelers where he quickly moved through the ranks and into management. After graduating from UGA in 2005, he went into the mortgage industry for Global Mortgage. After a successful career with Global Mortgage, Jeff was recruited for a position with MFG.com as an account executive managing sales on a global platform. Since leaving MFG.com, Jeff brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience to Mudlick Mail.
Russell Theriot, National Account Manager

Russell has 13 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Most recently he was in outside sales calling on automotive dealerships as well as aftermarket auto repair shops. He has experience selling both employee benefit plans as well as garage keeper’s liability to the aftermarket auto industry. He has been active in both the Georgia Automotive Dealers Association as well as the Automotive Service Association.
Russell is experienced in all aspect of the sales process from developing new business, negotiating contracts and managing a territory that covered all parts of the Southeast. Russell is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a degree in Finance degree with a minor in Economics. Russell is able to offer customers a consultative approach to the sales process, offering products and services that fit that shops specific situation.
Jessica DeClemente, National Account Manager

Jessica has over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Most recently she was the Online Sales Manager with a regional home builder based in Atlanta. During that time she has been recognized for her outstanding sales performance and customer service, winning numerous awards for both.
Jessica’s experience in managing the sales process for her clients ensures they receive the best service and a product that makes the biggest impact to her customers bottom line.
She is currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University and is working on her Bachelors in Marketing with a minor in Professional Sales.
Rob Hicks, National Account Manager

Rob brings more than 20 years of proven sales success to Mudlick Mail, ranging from large corporations like Aramark to owning and operating a successful small business for over a decade. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and training such as Consultative 101 and Miller Heiman Stategic Selling, Rob has honed his abilities as a professional consultant and prides himself on partnering with clients to maximize their market potential and achieve their ultimate success.
Reed Parker, National Account Manager

After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a Management Degree , Reed had a successful career with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car for 17 years. As a Regional Manager he excelled in all four core areas of the business: customer service, operating profit, fleet growth, and retention. In 2007 Reed created Parker Sport’s Enterprise’s which serves his local community with the name of Beef O Brady’s. Reed is a 5 year member of Advisory Council’s at North Paulding High School and Shelton Elementary School. Being grounded in the community Reed became a founding member of the Cornerstone at Cedarcrest a non-profit business focused on fundraising for the local schools. Over 100,000 dollars have been raised in 5 years with a successful 5-k run for the schools.
Lisa Bellar, Executive Creative Director

Lisa Bellar is the foundation of our creative design team. She brings over 10 years of print and direct mail advertising design experience to the Mudlick Mail team.
In addition to being a successful graphic designer, Lisa also brings extensive marketing knowledge to our customers in order to produce successful advertising campaigns. Lisa is a graduate of Northwood University, holding a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Advertising.
Heather Little, Graphic Designer

Heather recently graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Communications. While in college she was a member of several academic honor societies, including the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Eta Sigma. She designed a triptych illustration that was selected to become part of the permanent art collection at Kennesaw State. Heather also has several pieces of art in traveling exhibitions such as “Water as a Global Issue” and “Her Daily Concerns.” With her extensive knowledge in graphic design, Heather brings a wealth of artistic ability to the Mudlick Mail team.
JD Dean, Account Support Representative

JD started with Mudlick Mail over two years ago and been working his way through the ranks. He started in the video production department and quickly worked his way up and advanced to our account support representative role. JD hopes to accomplish what he does best with this new position and that is to help customers. He has developed a number of skills from assigning tracking numbers to creating in depth maps on customer penetration. There is no task too big or too small for him. JD continually proves himself to be a great addition to the Mudlick Mail team and our customers.
Devon Parker, Controller

Devon Parker began working with SRSANDCO, LLC in an entry level position while completing her Accounting degree. SRSANDCO, LLC had 4 Automotive Service locations at that time. During the 9 years that Devon has been with the company, she has been instrumental in establishing procedures to ensure accurate reporting for all Automotive Service locations (25 to date) also including Mudlick Mail. She currently holds the position of Controller. Devon has since earned an A.A.S. degree in Accounting from Floyd College and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Reinhardt University as well. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Floyd College and Magna Cum Laude from Reinhardt University. She was involved in many societies during her college career such as Phi Theta Kappa, National Society for Collegiate Scholars and Sigma Beta Delta. She also received the Hugh Peterson, Jr. Academic Scholar Award. Devon lives in the Acworth area with her husband and two sons.
Charae Price, Account Coordinator

Charae Price began her career with SRSANDCO, LLC. in 2008 as a part-time Administrative Assistant in the Accounting department. As the company continued to grow, she moved into full-time status as an Account Manager, overseeing the accounting for seven automotive locations. In 2010, she received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Studies from Kennesaw State University, and she plans to continue her education with a Master’s Degree in Statistics.
Throughout her career at SRSANDCO, LLC, Charae has gained an immense amount of skills and knowledge working closely with senior management. As a result, Charae brings a wealth of accounting and business experience to Mudlick Mail, where she will use these skills to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Michael Wills, I/T Support
Michael attended Berry College his freshman year and transferred to Kennesaw State University. In 2008, he finished his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management. He has been active in the IT field since his freshman year in high school gathering knowledge in web development, networking, desktop support, and computer repair. He worked in property management for 6 years handling various accounting duties while managing website, network, and computer systems before coming to Mudlick Mail. He brings a broad knowledge of IT systems with a strong background in project management.
