Our New Neighbors Program is a monthly direct mail program that targets families by zip code who have recently moved near your business. We target middle-to-high income families in your market area and send them a special introductory offer.
How It Works
The appeal of this program is that new residents are always looking for local businesses that supply the products and services they need. So, instead of waiting until they find you by word of mouth, you have the chance to find them first; and then each week you have the opportunity to get in front of other new potential customers that can help you build your pipeline.
You can select the design, offer and quantity that best meets your needs and we take care of the rest. For example, you may choose the number of households to mail, whether you will offer an oil change or another service, and the zip codes you want to target.
With your credit card on file and a small program fee, we will provide access to predesigned templates and a variety of offers through MudTrax, our online ordering system. Because of the quick turn-around time and the on-demand printing schedule, a 30 days’ notice is required to cancel this service.
